What else do you need to know?

01.What are the hours of operation?
Our standard operating hours are 5:00 AM–6:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
02.What kinds of agreements can you help with?
We can help with any standard commercial, employment, incorporation or early fundraising documents (ie SAFEs and side letters).
03.In what jurisdictions do you practice?
For most agreements, we support companies doing business in all US states.
04.How will I work with my lawyer?
Our lawyers work where you work. Slack, email, our client portal - wherever you send us a contract, we'll send you the mark-up!
05.What is included in the contract review price?
We offer two tiers of pricing: for $250 or $500, we'll conduct a review and give you negotiation guidelines for most contracts. For $1,000 we'll do the full negotiation, including limitless turns and calls. Check out our pricing page for more granular details on different contract prices.
06.Can you draft a contract from scratch?
