Jun is a Senior Counsel, ECVC at General Legal, where he focuses on representing startups and investors at all stages of their lifecycles on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Previously working at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco and Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP in Vancouver, BC, he has significant experience advising clients on formation, SAFE and convertible note financings, equity financing and strategic transactions, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
