She has extensive experience advising startups and scaling technology companies on responsible AI governance, privacy, data protection, enterprise SaaS agreements, regulatory strategy, and legal operations. She previously served as Director of Responsible AI and Senior Privacy Counsel at Flock Safety, where she partnered closely with product, engineering, security, and business teams to build practical governance frameworks for AI and other emerging technologies.
