Liz is a Partner at General Legal. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her undergrad from Harvard College and practiced technology transactions at Cooley LLP, where she represented startups on a range of commercial contracts.

Kimberly Nyitray

Senior Counsel

Kimberly focuses her practice on emerging technology, with an emphasis on AI, data privacy, technology transactions, and complex commercial contracting. She has extensive experience advising startups and scaling technology companies on responsible AI governance, privacy, data protection, enterprise SaaS agreements, regulatory strategy, and legal operations. She previously served as Director of Responsible AI and Senior Privacy Counsel at Flock Safety, where she partnered closely with product, engineering, security, and business teams to build practical governance frameworks for AI and other emerging technologies.

Joy Fuller

Senior Counsel

Joy focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions, including licensing, distribution, and other strategic agreements across software, payments, financial technology, and AI companies. Admitted in New York and Texas, she received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Southern California.
