Ure focuses her practice on emerging companies and venture capital, advising startups and investors on formation, founder equity, venture financings, M&A, and capital markets transactions. She previously practiced at Cooley LLP, where she represented startups and public companies across general corporate, ECVC, M&A, and capital markets matters, and at Reed Smith LLP in San Francisco, where she represented venture capital firms and other investors in financing transactions.
