Arturo has over 25 years of experience focused on complex commercial transactions. He began his career at Arnold & Porter and served in-house as Associate General Counsel at Sabre (NASD: SABR), and General Counsel of Evertec (NYSE: EVTC). Admitted in New York and Puerto Rico, Arturo received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.S. from Boston University.
