Alan is a Senior Counsel, M&A at General Legal, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions and advises on a wide range of corporate transactions. He has advised public and private companies, private equity sponsors, startups, and investors across industries on acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, reorganizations, and emerging company and venture capital matters. Previously, he spent nearly nine years in the M&A group at Latham & Watkins in New York.
